Althea Jones Barnes

This class provides an overall panoramic view of case management. Although I have worked in different nursing I was not always entitled to truly understand what the case management area was and how I provided services in those area. This class offered so much, explaining different types of case management settings, explaining the What and the Why of each area. Providing hands on questions to reinforce the education provided. I loved it.

Nichole Quam

Deanna's personal note

I LOVE case management!

Case management is more than a career for me, it is a passion. I love being able to follow the patient beyond the walls of the hospital and make a true impact on their health and life. I also love having the ability to work from an office or even my own home.

And I am not alone in my love of case management. Case managers have an over 90% career satisfaction rate and most case managers plan to stay with case management until retirement.

I want to help nurses love case management as much as I do and flourish in their new case management role.

This course is different from every other course out there. This course is specifically for nurses. And there is a reason for that. I teach what I know. I was a nurse that successfully transitioned to case management and excelled as a case manager. I understand how to take the skills and experiences you have gained as a nurse and build on them to transition to case management.

This course is the ultimate course for nurses who would like to work in case management, as well as new case managers who are feeling overwhelmed and want to learn case management in a logical and systematic way.

After completing this course you will have the firm foundation you need to begin your case management career.
