Foundations CE Credit Info Page

Accreditation information for RN Credits:

Case Management Institute, LLC (CMI) is an accredited provider of nursing continuing education by the Florida Board of Nursing CE Provider # 50-37406 for the following CNE:

• Foundations of Case Management – 19.5 Credit hours

• Utilization Management and Managed Care Guidelines Fundamentals – 4.0 Credit hours. (plus an additional 5 credit hours will be available from MCG for a total of 9 credit hours)
• Foundations of Case Management and Utilization Management –19.5 credit hours (plus an additional 5 credit hours will be available from MCG for a total of 24.5 credit hours)

RN CE Credits for these programs are good through 10/31/2026.

In order to receive CE credit a participant must:

• Complete the entire course (No partial credit will be given)
• Complete all assignments
• Complete all tests with a score of 80% or better (multiple attempts are permitted)
• Complete the course evaluation
• Provide the state in which they hold their nursing license and license number. (This is required for submitting the CE Credit to CE Broker and the Florida Board of Nursing)
