is MCG certified and has held positions as the Director of Case Management, overseeing Utilization Review, Case Management and Social Services as well as Director of Utilization Management and Care Coordination for Managed Medicaid and commercial populations. She currently holds office as President of CMSA National Board and Secretary for ANA Illinois.
