  • Identify the settings where Case Managers and Utilization Managers work
  • Identify what skills are needed to become a case manager and Utilization Manager
  • Communicate with CM’s and UM’s for the benefit of the patient

Accreditation information for RN Credits:

Case Management Institute, LLC (CMI) is an accredited provider of nursing continuing education by the Florida Board of Nursing CE Provider # 50-37406 for the following CNE:

  • CM & UM: Career Options for Nurses – 1 Credit hour

RN CE Credits for these programs are good through 10/31/2024.

To receive CE credit a participant must:

  • Complete the entire course (No partial credit will be given)

  • Complete all assignments

  • Complete all tests with a score of 80% or better (multiple attempts are permitted)

  • Complete the course evaluation

  • Provide the state in which they hold their nursing license and license number. (This is required for submitting the CE Credit to CE Broker and the Florida Board of Nursing)

Credits for this program are good through 01/08/2024.
