Nadine Carter, MBA, BSN, RN, CDMS, CCM, FCM, has been a nurse for over 40 years and has held various positions in Case Management and Utilization Management leadership.  Nadine is currently semi-retired, working as a consultant in case management recruitment, resume improvement, and job/career coaching, as well as an Instructor with the Case Management Institute. 

She has been affiliated with CMSA since 1996, Past President of NJ Chapter 2003-2004, current GA Chapter President (2023-Current), and Past Secretary of National CMSA, 2021-2023.  Chair and/or member of multiple CMSA national committees, serving as Lead for the Special Interest Groups (SIGS), (2024-2026).  Previous CMSA CPC, Chapter President Council, Representative, 2023-2025.  

Nadine has published articles and blogs in Case Management journals and has presented at CMSA National conferences.  Nadine is a member of the Editorial Review Board for the Professional Case Management Journal. Nadine achieved the distinctive designation of CMSA Case Management Fellow, FCM, in 2023.
