If you love case management but are frustrated and overwhelmed by the lack of formal training you have received...

We have the course for you!

Is only having On the Job Training making you feel overwhelmed in your Case Management role?

Case Management requires a set of knowledge and skills that are not taught in

traditional nursing degree programs.

While on the job training for case management teaches you how to “do the job” it does not teach you the principles, processes, and standards of practice required to do your job in a way that meets the standards of case management practice that all case managers are held to. As a result, patients don’t get the true case management they deserve.

Althea Jones Barnes

This class provides an overall panoramic view of case management. Although I have worked in different nursing I was not always entitled to truly understand what the case management area was and how I provided services in those area. This class offered so much, explaining different types of case management settings, explaining the What and the Why of each area. Providing hands on questions to reinforce the education provided. I loved it.
