This year we need your help, so we are running a contest!
We will be publishing and promoting articles on the topic, Why I Love Case Management…
during case management week. And we want to have a variety of perspectives.
That’s where you come in...
We will be accepting submissions of +/- 1000 words essays on the topic “Why I Love Case Management…”
through September 13, 2021 at midnight, and our winners will be announced during Case Management Week.

All articles will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges
and the winners will receive...
1st Place - $250.00 Amazon gift card and publication of your essay
1st Place Winner will receive a $250 Amazon Gift Card and their article will be published on our website and Social Media.
2nd Place - $100 Amazon gift card and publication of your essay
2nd Place Winner will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card and their article will be published on our website and Social Media.
3rd Place - $50 Amazon gift card and publication of your essay
3rd Place Winner will receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card and their article will be published on our website and Social Media.

How Do I Enter? I’m glad you asked.
When you click the button below you will be asked to upload your essay (from a Microsoft Word document OR Google Doc).
We will also collect some information about you (your email address so we can let you know if you win, and your name as you would like it to appear if your essay is chosen for publication)
You will also have the opportunity to submit your headshot and bio (again, so we can give you all the credit due!)
And one final thing, you will need to click the box stating this is your original work and granting us permission to publish.

This can be the most difficult to measure. The goal is to encourage thinking outside the box. Asking the following questions will help with this.
Does this essay express ideas not commonly found in other essays?
Does this essay answer the question in an unexpected way?
Does this essay display a lot of thought on presenting the idea, use storytelling, or other creative ways to draw the reader in?
Does this essay address the topic in a way that makes the reader think or brings about emotion?
How well does the essay respond to the topic and explain the idea they have?
Although good grammar is important and should not go unrewarded, the goal of this competition is to encourage creative thinking. That being said, as long as the grammar is understandable and does not hinder the reader’s ability to comprehend the essay points should be given based on the box
This is the development, organization, and flow of the idea they are trying to convey. The way in which an essay is organized helps make it more easily understood and appreciated.
This is where points are awarded for exceptional essays.
